SPORT PERFORMANCE TRAINING

Sport specific training is a year-round elite level sport specific training experience. Develop sport specific strength, power, speed, work ethic and mindset. We work with professional level, youth, high school and college athletes. Commit to this program and you WILL get BETTER, period. Trainers design personalized programs based on both the results of the evaluation and the trainee’s primary sport. We use a variety of techniques and efficient exercises to help young athletes become the best in their sport. Each training session lasts an hour and starts with a flexibility warm-up before revving up to speed training, strength training and plyometrics.

Speed & Agility workouts will significantly improve reaction times, sprint times and quickness for athletes of ALL sports. Focused on increasing an athlete’s speed, agility, power, endurance, flexibility, explosiveness, and all-around athletic performance. Team TRAINING

HYPER has extensive experience training and consulting teams/clubs for a productive in-season and off-season purposes. We take pride in keeping athletes healthy, allowing for optimal performance. Before getting your team started, a trainer will sit down with you to determine what your overall team goals are. Training sessions will be developed specifically for your teams needs and will focus on long term athletic development to ensure that each athlete will be physically and mentally prepared for athletic competition. Camps & Clinics

Weekly sessions of softball instructional classes, meeting once a week. Hitting Classes on Tuesdays & Defense Classes on Thursdays. The classes will emphasize the proper fundamentals of offensive and defensive skills; hitting, bunting, fielding & throwing, and work on developing proper techniques to help your player excel. Strength & Conditioning

Ready to be Stronger? Want to improve work capacity, build strength and muscle, and develop the foundation for solid endurance conditioning? Including strength and power into a training program is essential to reach full athletic potential. This program is perfect for athletes who use weight training and the gym to supplement their sport training, and also for active adults who are interested in all-around fitness. These workouts are no walk in the park; sessions will include a dynamic warm-up that will be specific to that session’s daily protocol sessions and will include strength & weight training, ancillary lifts, and lots of core.
